Q:- How many ATVs can be hold in a full 20' or 40' container? Can we mix different models and accessories together? A:- A container will load different quantities of different models ATV. Please view the website, there is the instruction to packing. It's allowed to mix different models and accessories together, we would suggest you our professional loading quantities in the most economic way, just please tell us the allocation of each model you want. Things are so easy! Q:- Why do your ATVs have a little higher price compared with other models ATVs? A:- Our ATVs are designed by professional designer, not like others, simply copying Famous Brand ATVs. Our ATVs have the most reasonable design, including body, structure etc. Meantime we adopt best material in China. For instance, we are using the best engine in China, ChunFeng brand, which can promise 200 hours constant power-take-off. In order to meet our ATVs, we make the special adjustment to assure our ATVs' high performance. Thus we are able to promise 6 months guarantee. No one would like to buy an ATV which will break down within 2-3 months after purchasement. Our ATVs have the best price/performance ratio, you can fully enjoy the quality as Japanese Brand ATV's, the price as Chinese. Q:- Can I put my brand name on your ATV instead of your Joyner brand name? A:- Yes. Many dealers sell our ATVs with their own brand name. We welcome OEM orders. If you can supply your logo, we would help you to produce the logo in China, with collecting a little charge. Q:- How do I visit you and the factory? A:- You are welcomed to visit us and our factory at your convenience. We can pick you up at Shanghai airport and bring you to our factory ( about 3 hours by car, which is north to Shanghai ). Let us know your schedule in details in advance so we can arrange everything for you. Normally you need 2 days for an adequate visit to our factory. Q:- How can I become a dealer in my area? A:- If you have the ability to provide service after sales to your customers and have a good sales net work, you may apply for a dealership. Your current experience in ATV or power sports sales will be advantage for you. We choose qualified and reliable companies as long term business partners. Q:- Can I get an exclusive right for your ATV in some territories? A:- It depends on which country you are in. We have only 3 countries that have exclusive agents at this time. Normally, our minimum requirement for an exclusive distributorship would require ordering at least 1000 (units) such as ATVs, from us annually . Q:- After payment, how long will it take to get the ATVs delivered locally, in USA? A:- For customers in the USA, normally 45 - 55 days after your payment, you can get the ATVs anywhere in the USA. ( 20-25 days for manufacturing, 20 - 30 days for sea shipment and delivery) Q:- Do you have larger displacement ATVs with 4WD? A:- We are currently in development on larger displacement ATVs (475cc liquid-cooled, 650cc liquid-cooled, 750cc oil-cooled) with 4WD and will make it available this year. Q:- How do you pack the ATVs? Are they fully assembled? If not, is it difficult to put it together? A:- There are two method of packing, one is assembled (for containerized products), one is disassembled (for samples). If in assembled, the packing would be by paper cartons which are suitable for long distance sea transportation. If in disassembled, the packing is by iron plate for secure shipping. Please view the detail instruction under each model on our website. It's very easy to put the ATVs together, just please following our manuals. Q:- How are the spare parts supplied within the guarantee period? warranty scope A:- We promise 6 months guarantee. We would request customers to purchase a certain quantities of spare parts, we would recommend the easily worn-out spare parts. If any ATV breaks down within the guarantee period, under the condition that the operation is follow our owner manual's instruction, please claim to us in written. We would supply the spare parts free of charge, shipping together with next order.  |
